Ingredients
- 50null soy
- 50null sugar
- 100null miso
- 100null vinegar
- 100null sesame oil
- 40null gochujang / kimchi
- 20null ginger, diced fine
- 20null garlic, diced fine
- ½null red cabbage
- nullnull sesame seeds toasted
- nullnull spring onions
Method
- Add Shredded cabbage + spring onions in large bowl
- Whisk dressing ingredients together. If dressing is too thick, add 1 tbsp hot water. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat.
- Toast sesame seeds + add to top
