Ingredients

  • 50null soy
  • 50null sugar
  • 100null miso
  • 100null vinegar
  • 100null sesame oil
  • 40null gochujang / kimchi
  • 20null ginger, diced fine
  • 20null garlic, diced fine
  • ½null red cabbage
  • nullnull sesame seeds toasted
  • nullnull spring onions

Method

  1. Add Shredded cabbage + spring onions in large bowl
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients together. If dressing is too thick, add 1 tbsp hot water. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat.
